Life-Gate Media understands that planning a wedding can be complicated very quickly with all the little details you need to arrange.  So instead of creating a bunch of different packages for you to juggle, we have made it simple.  We cover your wedding weekend for one price.

For the low price of $1,200, we come to the wedding rehearsal the day before the ceremony, to scout out the church and talk with you about camera placement, and also to videotape the highlights of the rehearsal.  On your wedding day, we arrive at a designated time, (usually before or about when the wedding party arrives at the church), and setup for the ceremony and videotape pre-ceremony activities such as photographs being made and the special moments before your wedding.  During the wedding, we use two digital Panasonic video cameras with as much camera movement from each camera as possible.  This process makes two cameras look like there were three cameras at your ceremony.  Unlike most companies that video weddings, we do not lock down the second camera to the same boring shot the entire wedding.  At the end of the service, we will breakdown our equipment very quickly and begin to videotape post-ceremony activities at the church.  We then follow you to your reception with one camera and will stay there up to five hours.  Your ceremony will be professionally edited and a video montage (music video) will be edited that is about seven minutes long with highlights put to a beautiful piece of music.  This music video is really neat as it takes the whole wedding weekend and condenses it down to one song.

What you receive from us after this is a master set of DVDs and three additional sets of DVDs (we usually create two DVDs per set). On the first DVD should be your Ceremony, video montage and rehearsal raw footage.  On the second DVD will be the post-ceremony raw footage and the reception.

We normally do not go to rehearsal dinners; to us the rehearsal dinner is more of a private time for you and your wedding party.  However, for a fee of $200, we will attend the rehearsal dinner and videotape as much as possible from that event.

Also, many people enjoy having a create-a-video style video made with pictures of the bride and groom from baby years all the way to the present.  For a fee of $200, we will create this video with up to sixty of your pictures that you placed in order.

We are located near Charlotte, North Carolina.  Out of town weddings are no problem; however, there are additional costs.  If your wedding is more than eighty miles away from Charlotte, North Carolina, please contact us to find out more details.
